History

The history of our company began in 2003 when a number of specialists from such companies as «Ural Electrochemical Plant» (Novouralsk), «Uralvagonzavod» (Nizhny Tagil) were invited to CJSC «Mostinzhstroy» (Nizhniy Tagil) by the head of this building company. They were intended to solve some problems in his company.

At the end of 2003, the invited experts took the initiative in establishing a structural unit which will produce drilling tools for the device bored piles. The first buyers of our products were Mostootryad 72, «Moststroyproekt» Ltd. and CJSC «Energomash».

In 2004 was organized the full production cycle of boring equipment. At the same time our employees implemented to repair casing oscrillators of drilling rigs, rig BG-14, refinement plucking oscilator VRM-150 in combination with a drilling rig BG-30, which would allowed it's use as knocking down oscilator.

In 2005, our company has been mastered the production of non-standard metal constructions. In particular, our experts were prepared pylons for cable-stayed bridge across Chusovaya (suburb Kharenko, Sverdlovsk region).

However, in 2005, despite increased output the head of the parent organization lost the interest in further development of the enterprise. In this connection, it was decided to organize a separate production.

In early 2006, on our initiative was organized an independent legal entity — «Ural’skie burovye tehnologii» Ltd., specialized in the production of drilling tools and equipment. All the major specialists of the former structural unit CJSC «Mostinzhstroy» went in the new enterprise. Production base of the new enterprise were located in the area of about 20 000 m². Despite all the difficulties of the transition period our company didn't stoped the production of drilling equipment.

In 2007, in connection with the need of expanding product range, the company’s management decided to start the production of casings. Starting with the II quarter of 2007 was held the set of measures for pre-production from the publishing of design documentation to buying the necessary equipment and materials. And at the end of 2007 the first casing with a monolithic design of the wall was made. And in the I quarter of 2008 was released the first casing with a sandwich wall. Today, our enterprise has mastered casing's production from 500 to 1 680 mm. Now we can issue the total length of pipe about 2 000 meters.

Besides casing production our company mastered the production of large diameter equipment in 2008. In particular, we produced augers with the diameter of 2400 mm.

On top of all this, at the first half of 2009, among other things, our company was made a tool diameter of 1930 mm.
