Photo and video shooting at the manufactoting sites are forbidden, but you can make many photo and video shootings of finished goods.

We broke down the drilling tools (equipment) which is made of the other manufacture. Can you fix it?
Our experts are ready repair any drilling tools, but only after a detailed inspection in our manufacturing base or having a large number of photographs (please send photos to our address m@ubt-ekb.ru).

We are going to drill a new object but do not know what kind of instrument we should use and how many spare parts and consumables we need. Will you help us?
This question is very difficult, because the selection of drilling tools is an art. Our specialists visited almost all major areas of drilling and have an extensive experience in assessing the use of drilling tools in different conditions.
These are some of the most common recommendations:
- while drilling without casings use double-threaded modification tool;
- round tooth is universal, but it is better suited for solid ground;
- flat tooth is used exclusively for clay and loose soil;
- for the beginging works is recommend to take no more than 2 sets of teeth of the same type. This amount will help you to see the characteristics of all teeth in your terms.
What time we can send a car for getting the finished products?
You can take your products every weekday from 08:00 to 20:00.
What documents we need to procces for getting the finished products from your warehouse?
If you get the finished products by yourself, you should have the original power of attorney or a seal.
If we hire a transport company, and you pay for the delivery, you should have nothing. Just pay the bill. The service is provided free of charge. We will take care of everything. The delivery will be made by transport company «Zheldorekspeditsiya» or, if the dimention of the cargo are small, by our transport partners.
