Drilling bucket

Drilling bucket was designed specifically for drilling in all types of soil below the groundwater level. Opening the rotating bottom of the bucket is automatic or manual-operated device. The rotating bottom may be provided with different types of teeth for drilling in a variety of soil conditions.

We produce buckets diameters from 400 mm up to 2000 mm with accession to the drilling rigs of any producers.

Simple bucket KB

Equipped with a screw pilot bit and flat standard teeth. Designed to work in unrock, light soils to the III category, such as: sand, gravel, silt and clay.

Amplified bucket KBF-K

Equipped with a rock pilot bit and amplified with flat teeth. Designed to work in soils with rock inclusions to the V category.

Rock bucket KBF-KR

Equipped with a rock pilot bit and round rock teeth. Designed to work in the rocky soil to the VII category.

Cleaning up bucket KB-L

Designed to level the heel of the pile and remove the crumbling soil without deepening the bore well. Equipped with a scraper for cleaning the base of the bore well.

Simple double-edge bucket
with swivel bottom KB-2

Equipped with a screw pilot bit and flat standart teeth for work in unrock soils. The double edge improves the centering of the boring tools and as a consequence, reduces wear of casing and boring machines.

Self-closing simple
double-edge bucket KB-2K

Locking of the soil is doing caps, overlapping gathering holes during lifting from borehole. This bucket adapted to any type of soils.

Rock bucket with centrifugal unloading without using pilot bits KC-2ZR

Equipped with a round rock teeth to work in rocky soil. Bucket openes thanks to centrifugal forces during the rotation, in the opposite direction of drilling. This bucket can be adapted to any type of soils.
